Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 and 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add the hot water to the batter and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in the pans for 5-10 minutes before removing them from the pans and placing them on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once the cakes have cooled, you can frost them with your favorite frosting and decorate them with sprinkles, chocolate chips, or any other toppings you like.
